This new portfolio of loans includes acquisition, development and stabilisation funding for projects across Eastern England, a region CapitalRise is actively lending to for the first time.
These loans are being provided to adult specialist care provider Liaise, supporting six new projects throughout 2025.
Liaise currently operates over 45 care homes across London, the South East and East Anglia.
One of the projects this partnership includes is located on Upwell Road in Cambridgeshire where CapitalRise is funding the conversion of a property into four self-contained flats.
These will be designed for adults with complex support needs.

Elsewhere, CapitalRise has provided a stabilisation loan to support operations at a completed new-build care property on Peterborough Road in Peterborough.
"We’re excited to be working with the experienced team at Liaise, and we look forward to supporting them in delivering housing and care that will have a significant and lasting benefit to the local communities,” said Pip Lashko-Sayers, director at CapitalRise, who originated the loans for the firm.
David Petrie, CEO at Liaise, added: “We are delighted to be working with Pip and the team at CapitalRise to develop these projects and help meet the critical need for high-quality specialist homes.”
